Once you bond you can add tunnels, cardboard boxes with entrances and exits, igloos and wine racks as they will run to you when the door opens by that time. :D I do...
I've had my SRS for a while. It was not that difficult to put together. I assembled mine without the middle shelf. I got fed up with the substrate all over the floor and luckily had a mate that made me a metal base that is a good 10cm tall. Pros- easy to get to every bit of the cage, very big, loads...

I don't like it because I am not in there all the time. I like it because before free range was in the hall and I had to ...
This happened to my wee Henry. The vet couldn't see what was wrong because the eye was full of blood. After a couple of weeks my original vet wanted to take it out but they still didn't know what was wrong so I looked for a second opinion. I found a great ratty vet who agreed that it wasn't botherin...
I'm a member of the SRC and we have started to make a bulk order in time for delivery for the show from any member that is interested in RR stuff and splitting the p&p. So it may work out that you get your stuff and have £2 extra to pay as your part of the postage. I don't know if this would be poss...
