Iv had this problem they even weighed practically the same. I use to cut a little piece of fur off one which worked a treat.

An old boy I had absolutely loved a warm damp flannel rub down. I very gently started with his face and smoothed it down in one go down his body. I swear he smiled while I done this

Thanks for all the advice and support guys :hearts: I had a good read through your post you linked beeratz it makes a lot of sense. In fact iv just done a deep cage clean and the boys are super happy with the changes :D I have stopped babying them and although still a little jumpy they have improved...

I had my gorgeous Billy pts on Thursday and its hit his 2 brothers hard :cry: they seem so nervous, don't want to come out and have gone off their food. Iv got them in a SRS and decided to block off the bottom half thinking the smaller space might help. I'm not sure if that's the right thing to do. ...

Phew that's a relief. I saw a new vet today that specialises in exotics and owns rats herself
she told me to drop another sample off in 7 days.

Billy's booked in at 4.30 this afternoon. I have done a few tests and they have all read the same. Now is the hard part trying to get a sample to take with me
if it is a uti what would be the best ab?

I dip test regular and have noticed my 22 mth lad Billy is reading high for leukocytes. He reads high for protien and is showing the classic signs of kidney failure. His urine doesn't smell and contains no blood, he is bright and active eating and drinking well. My question is are the high leukocyte...
