Looong poo

So I had 4 rats, 1 still with us, then 3 more and I have never seen this, apologies if it isn’t at all odd but I want to check!

Every poo over the last 2 and a bit years has been oval, pellet, all of a similar dimension. Suddenly we have HUGE poos appearing, like at last twice as long but of a similar thickness. I had a Google and it seems to be a side effect of antibiotic treatments, but mine aren’t on anything...

Just them rolling their poos together (so less pellets but bigger? I can’t honestly say I can tell...) or something to worry about?

One does have a cold I think, could it be that? Though I first noticed this last week and only just noticed him snuffling more.
