Stealing Treats

Four days ago I got two new male rats and haven't had any problems with them until today. One of them finishes his treats faster than the other, and as soon as he's done he goes to fine his brother and take his treat too. Does anyone have any advice about stopping this?

I've tried feeding them at different ends of the cage but that just doesn't work and I feel sad for the one who always gets his treat taken.

Just separate them physically when you give treats. You could put them in your lap one at a time for treats, for example, which would also acclimatise them to human contact and handling. Attempting to steal food from each other is just normal rat behaviour I'm afraid.
