Post by liaren77 » Sun Jul 08, 2018 2:34 pm

any idea might good for both hedgehog and rat, I mean 2 level that is separated, upper for rat and lower for hedgehog, or maybe that is not a good idea, I mean need to separate each cage.

Hi Liaren - an SRS (Savic Royal Suite) would be perfect, the two halves can be separated. An explorer, or a double critter nation are both the same style, and a little zoo venturer is similar but bigger still.

You'd need to make sure the rats couldn't reach the hedgehog at all, probably best to use a metal sheet across the middle floor.

(I'll split this into a separate thread for you.)

Thank you for your suggestion cyber ratty. The situation has changed, I think at the moment I might need to take care of the rat first but I will definitely look at the Savic Royal Suite when the time comes.

When you say 'the rat' - they aren't on their own are they? Rats should always live in groups.
