Rabbit muesli

Post by Greyflintstone » Wed May 09, 2018 8:26 pm

Good evening all

I'm going to switch my boys to a homemade food and have been searching through this forum for help. However I'm struggling to find a good quality rabbit muesli that didn't have hay through it. Can the rats have this, or do I need to keep searching?

Many thanks in advance

The alfalfa in mixes will probably just get left, but it won't harm them if they do eat it.

Harrisons Banana Brunch doesn't have any in, but it does come in large bags... if you're ordering any ingredients from Rat Rations though, they sell it in various amounts so you could add it to your basket.

Alternatively, look around local pet supplies shops (independent pet shops or farm shops), because they often have loose feed that you can buy the right amount of. A fruity rabbit mix should be okay.
