Is amoxicilin penicillin based? John gave Gregory that once when nothing else seemed to work. Hope you get to see him soon :)

So Mika has been with us for week, in quarantine and on abs. As she was in the vets for 2 weeks not on antibiotics, I was going to give her another 2 weeks on abs but would like to introduce her next Saturday which would be a 3 week quarantine.

Would this be ok even though she has not had a full 3 week course of abs.

Her eye still gets porphy throughout the day but when she is snuggled in my dressing gown she cleans it up nicely. Should I be taking her back to the vets for this.

She is eating fine, drinking ok but not what I would consider a lot but she does get fresh fruit and veg daily. Still very timid.

Any thoughts please.
