Ear mites or something else?

One of our babies has brown marks on his ears but theres no signs of scabs anywhere else on him or the others. What could be the cause?

Are any of his companions chewing on them at all? If he hasn't been treated with ivermectin yet, then an application won't harm him, and worth doing just in case it's the start of ear mites.
